Funatick is a unified platform providing both a web portal and mobile applications (Android & iOS) that enable users to book events around the world or for a particular country or locations, e.g., participate in live upcoming events and book your tickets online. The front-end web portal is built with React.js, while mobile applications are developed in Flutter, and the backend is powered by Laravel.

Which platforms are supported?

The mobile applications support Android and iOS devices. The web portal is accessible via modern desktop and mobile browsers that support ECMAScript-6 features.

What tech-stack does Funatick use?

What payment and transaction options are supported?

Transactions are processed through the Stripe payment gateway. We offer free payment gateway integration supported in your country. Supported methods may include credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and other localised payment methods. Sensitive payment data is handled according to PCI-DSS guidelines and only stored/tokens if required.

Does this solution suitable for all type of events business?

Yes, it is suitable for one too many types of event businesses that have events to list, from free to paid, or want their users to book online and acquire tickets with a barcode.

What kinds of notifications functionalities are there?

Solution comes with in-app notifications, mobile push notifications, and email alerts for important events.

What happens if I encounter a bug post purchase?

Any bugs reported will be prioritized based on severity and handled accordingly. We provide 30 days of free technical support post delivery of the software, free of cost. However, once we deliver, we encourage our clients not to make any changes unless they have sufficient knowledge of tech stacks.

Do you provide any service-level guarantees (SLAs)?

Yes, we do provide a guarantee for a period of 12 months if hosted on our server. If the solution is hosted on a client-server, we provide 30 days of free technical support post-delivery. We also do dedicated SLA for our clients on a half-yearly and yearly basis, based on the requirement.
