Sdreatech Private Limited sells digital services on this site. Any services once approved and delivered are not eligible for a refund.

With regards to any delivered software services/products if any technical difficulty or error you encounter, we highly recommend you get in touch with our team for resolution.

Refunds are only allowed in the following cases:

Software is “not as described” or the software doesn’t work the way it is finalized. If an item doesn’t work the way it should, we are obliged to promptly resolve the issue by updating it. In another case of “item is not as described”, it means it is materially different from the requirements finalized.

OR if an item can’t easily be fixed or changed by us.

Software support is promised but not provided by us as per support policy.

Refund is NOT given in any of the following situations:

1. You don’t need the software after you have used it.

2. You feel the software is not as per your expectations.

3. You simply change your mind about the software.

4. You lack sufficient expertise to use the software.

5. You claim that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund.
