Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
UI/UX Design:
- Collaborate with the product and development teams to design user-centric digital products.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and mobile app and website prototypes.
- Ensure a consistent and engaging user experience across all platforms.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve the usability and functionality of products.
Graphics Design:
- Design visuals, including logos, banners, icons, and marketing materials.
- Maintain brand consistency through all our marketing and design projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create social media graphics, presentations, and other promotional materials.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design or graphics design.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio and passion for design are welcome.
Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design (preferred).
- Strong creative and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication skills and ability to take feedback positively.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with user testing and gathering feedback.
- Knowledge of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with design systems and brand guidelines.
